    Great Connections

    April 11

Great Connections is a sensory-friendly program for children with special needs and their families that takes place on the second Sunday of every month (10am-12pm). We’ll modify lights and sounds and provide a “cool down” room for families who need to take a break.

Thanks to our generous sponsors, Guardian Trust and Suncoast Credit Union, Great Connections is now FREE for participating families. Click here to learn more.

    Fossil Day

Celebrate Earth Day at this fun-filled fossil-finding event! A Night at the Brewseum – Reimagined for 2021

    May 15

Save the date and join us for A Night at the Brewseum unlike any other! This year, instead of transforming the museum into a “Brewseum,” attendees will meet downtown at 3 Daughters Brewing, where you’ll enjoy craft beer tastings from local breweries, games, live music, opportunity drawings, and more! Proceeds from this key fundraiser will allow the museum to expand programming and outreach efforts for the underserved families in our community. Your support makes a difference!

We are committed to safely hosting this crucial fundraiser. For more information about our health and safety guidelines, please visit https://greatex.org/night-at-the-brewseum. Additionally, Brewseum At-Home Kits will be available for those who prefer to support Great Explorations Children’s Museum from the comfort of your home.
