Little ones under 3 are in for BIG fun every Thursday morning at Terrific Tots! 🧸💫 Starting September 4th, join us for 20–35 minutes of music 🎵, crafts ✂️, stories 📚, and playful activities made just for tiny explorers.
Every week brings something new to discover—plus, our famous bubble party 🫧🎈 always ends the day with squeals and smiles!

World Wildlife Day
September 4th
Celebrate National Wildlife Day with us on Thursday, September 4th at Great Explorations! We’ll have animal encounters happening throughout the day, giving kids the chance to meet some incredible creatures and learn about their habitats.
There will also be wildlife-themed games and activities happening all day long, perfect for curious minds and adventurous spirits. Come explore, play, and connect with nature in a fun and hands-on way.
This event is included with museum admission. No registration is needed. Just come ready for a wild day of fun!

Parents Night Out

Calling All Parents! 🎉
Enjoy a well-deserved night off while your child has an unforgettable evening at Great Explorations! From exciting exhibit exploration and games to movie time and dinner, your little one is in for a night of fun and adventure.
When: September 5th (Register by September 3rd)
Who: Ages 4-9 (Must be in VPK–5th Grade)
Where: Great Explorations, 1925 4th St N, St. Pete
Cost: $40 per child

Great Connections: A Free Program for Families with Children on the Autism Spectrum or with Sensory Processing Differences

✨ Join us for Great Connections! ✨
This free program is designed especially for children on the autism spectrum or with auditory processing differences, and their families.
Our theme this month is Art 🎨🖌️. We will have hands-on arts & crafts, a special workshop led by Ashley Scarpa, founder of Little Sunshine Pediatric Therapy, and a dedicated cool-down room available for anyone needing a break.
Together, we’ll explore creativity in a supportive, inclusive, and welcoming environment. ❤️
