We have a new exhibit! The 3D camera scans the topography of the surface of the sand, and through the projector, turns the surface of the sand into a dynamic world. The lower spots appear covered with water, with the higher elevations becoming mountains. It also updates in real-time. If you dig a pond, it will fill with water, if you pile up a new ridge, it becomes a mountain!
If you have a WIC or standard EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) card, simply show it when you arrive to receive free admission for up to 5 people on Wednesdays and $3 any other day of the week! Made possible by the Chapman Foundation!
